Cécédille Tonic can be used at any time of the day to refresh, purify and tone skin. 

Method to use : Gently shake the can and spray on a flannel, sponge, tissue or cotton pad. Apply the Tonic on face, neck or body and experiment a very refreshing feeling. Its not necessary to rinse. Clinically tested - not tested on animals.
